At AL QAYED we respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

Your name, phone number and email address, and the delivery address and directions you give at checkout.
When you send a gift: the recipient's name and phone number, and your gift message.
Your order history: the pieces you ordered, the amounts and the dates.
If you create an account: your preferred language and your password, which we keep only in a protected form that no one can read back — not even us.

Payments

Card payments are made on the secure page of Thawani, our payment provider. We never see or keep your card details.

Why we use it

To prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it by phone or WhatsApp.
To keep your account and your order history, so that you can follow your orders.
To keep the sales records the law requires of us [[confirm]].
We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to [[confirm]].

Who we share it with

Only those who help us complete your order: the delivery company, which receives the recipient's name, phone number and address [[confirm]], and Thawani, which processes your payment.
We never sell your data, and never share it for anyone else's marketing.

Our store sets two cookies only: one keeps you signed in, the other remembers your cart. Neither is used for advertising.
If we measure our advertising with Meta or TikTok, those services may set cookies of their own when you visit the store [[confirm]].

How long we keep it

Your account stays until you ask us to delete it. Order records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep sales records [[confirm]].

Deleting your data

To delete your account, message us on WhatsApp from the number on your account, or tell us the email you signed up with. We remove your name, phone number, email and saved address from the account within 7 days [[confirm]].
Records of past orders, including the details given with each order, are kept for as long as the law requires [[confirm]].
