Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on the AL QAYED online store. Placing an order means you accept them, so please read them before you pay.

About us

  • The store is run by AL QAYED of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, commercial registration no. [[confirm]].

Prices

  • All prices are in Omani rials (OMR) and include any applicable tax [[confirm]].
  • The delivery fee for your area is shown at checkout and added to your total before you pay.
  • A price shown in error is not binding; should that happen, we contact you before your order goes any further [[confirm]].

Your order

  • Your order is accepted once your payment is complete. You receive an order number and a page where you can follow it.
  • While you pay, the pieces in your order are held for you for a short time; an order left unpaid is cancelled automatically, and its pieces go back on sale.
  • Our stock is limited. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we tell you straight away and refund you in full [[confirm]].

Payment

  • Payment is made by card on the secure page of Thawani, our payment provider. We never see your card details.

Gift wrapping

  • Gift wrapping is charged per piece, at the price shown on the product page and at checkout. It is not refundable once applied [[confirm]].

Delivery and returns

  • Delivery times, returns and exchanges are set out on our Delivery & Returns page, which is part of these terms.

Your account

  • Keep your password to yourself: your account is for your own orders, and you are responsible for what is done with it.
  • We may suspend any account that is misused [[confirm]].

Product photos

  • We photograph our watches as faithfully as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Muscat hear any dispute arising from them [[confirm]].
