Delivery & Returns

We prepare your order as soon as your payment is confirmed, and send it to you with care. Here is how delivery, returns and exchanges work.

Delivery inside Oman

  • We deliver to every governorate of the Sultanate within 2–4 business days [[confirm]] of your payment.
  • Business days are Sunday to Thursday, public holidays excepted [[confirm]].
  • The delivery fee for your governorate is shown at checkout, before you pay, and added to your order total.
  • Our courier calls you on the phone number given with your order to arrange the handover [[confirm]].

Delivery to the GCC

  • Orders to the GCC countries we deliver to arrive within 1–2 weeks [[confirm]]; the countries we currently serve, and their fees, are the ones offered at checkout.
  • Any customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient [[confirm]].

Gift orders

  • A gift is delivered to the person you choose, with your message. No prices travel in the parcel.

Returns

  • You may return a watch within 7 days of delivery [[confirm]], unworn and as you received it: in its box, with its tag, protective films, warranty card and every accessory.
  • To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will collect the watch, or tell you where to bring it [[confirm]].
  • Once the watch reaches us and passes inspection, we refund it to your original payment method within 7 business days [[confirm]]. The delivery fee is not refunded [[confirm]].
  • Gift wrapping is not refundable once it has been applied [[confirm]].
  • A watch that has been worn, scratched or had its bracelet resized cannot be returned [[confirm]].

Exchanges

  • Within the same period [[confirm]] you may exchange a watch for another piece of equal or higher value, subject to availability, paying any difference [[confirm]].

If your order arrives damaged or wrong

  • Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery [[confirm]] with a photo, and we will replace the watch or refund you in full, delivery included, at our cost [[confirm]].
